Return and Exchange Instructions

- Unconditional return of unopened non-transferable goods within seven days.
- If you want to return the product within seven days after unpacking, a handling fee of 30% of the product list price will be charged.
- No returns after seven days.
- Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Exchange
- If the product is under our warranty, you can contact customer service for assistance with exchange or repair.
- If the product you received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please provide a video of your purchase and contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
- The shipping cost within seven days will be borne by us, and the shipping cost after seven days will be borne by the buyer.

- If you need to return a product, please ensure that the product, gifts, packaging, invoice and all related documents or accessories are complete and undamaged. If the product does not meet the conditions, the return application will not be accepted.

Transfer payment: After the return is confirmed to be successful, the payment will be transferred to the bank account you provided
