Warranty period

Please refer to the warranty card or warranty inquiry website. It may vary depending on the product, channel, warranty plan purchased at the time of sale, etc.


Warranty status

Non-human faults/functional anomalies not disclosed at the time of sale: unable to charge, button anomalies, screen touch anomalies, screen goes black for no reason, no sound, abnormal startup, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi anomalies, Touch/Face ID anomalies, etc.


Warranty Not Covered

I. Human-caused failures: disassembly, water immersion, severe damage, bending of the device, etc.

II. Natural Wear and Tear: Screen Aging and Battery Life

III. System Bugs Caused by iOS Version Updates

IV. Lag or bugs caused by internal issues within the app/software, not hardware.

V. Defects communicated and disclosed at the time of sale

VI. The app cannot be used due to insufficient hardware specifications (please confirm the specifications you need to purchase with customer service before purchasing)


The Guoguo system records the condition and part number of all machines when they are sold, and will use system data and customer service conversation records as the basis for judgment.


Warranty Content

If the warranty is met, we will repair the device free of charge, exchange it for a product of the same specifications, or provide a discount on the original price. If the remaining warranty period is less than 15 days, the warranty will be extended by 15 to 30 days (depending on the product) from the date the device is returned after repair.


Freight burden

Within seven days-> all round-trip shipping costs are borne by Guoguo

After seven days->Both parties share the shipping costs

One month later->the shipping cost is borne by the buyer

  1. Contact customer service and explain the problem.
  2. Perform basic troubleshooting over the phone.
  3. After confirming the situation, arrange for repair and inspection.
  4. Complete the repair and return the product.

Precautions

  • The repair process may restore the device to factory settings, so please back up your data in advance.
  • The warranty does not apply to damage caused by human factors or unauthorized disassembly or assembly.
