Warranty coverage

Warranty period

The warranty period is based on the warranty card or the official warranty verification website. It may vary depending on the product, sales channel, or warranty plan purchased at the time of sale.


Warranty Coverage

Non-user-induced malfunctions / functional defects not disclosed prior to sale, including but not limited to:

  • Unable to charge
  • Button malfunction
  • Touchscreen malfunction
  • Unexpected black screen
  • No audio output
  • Booting issues
  • Bluetooth / Wi-Fi malfunction
  • Touch ID / Face ID malfunction
    ...etc.


Warranty Exclusions

I. Damage caused by user actions:

  • Device disassembly
  • Water damage
  • Severe impact damage
  • Bent chassis

II. Natural wear and tear:

  • Screen aging
  • Reduced battery capacity

III. System bugs caused by iOS updates

IV. Performance issues or bugs caused by apps/software, not related to hardware

V. Defects or conditions that were communicated and disclosed prior to sale

VI. App incompatibility due to insufficient hardware specifications

Guoguo records the condition and component serial numbers of every device at the time of sale. Warranty decisions will be based on system data and customer service communication records.


Warranty Services

If the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide one of the following at no cost:

  • Repair the item until fully functional, or
  • Replace with a product of equivalent specifications, or
  • Offer full-value trade-in credit toward another device.

If the remaining warranty is less than 15 days, an additional 15–30 days of warranty (depending on the product type) will be added starting from the date the repaired item is returned.


Shipping Costs

From the date the item is received:

  • Within 7 days: Round-trip shipping covered by Guoguo
  • After 7 days: Shipping cost shared by both parties
  • After 1 month: Round-trip shipping covered by the buyer



Guoguo reserves the final right of interpretation for all warranty terms .

Benefits of Repairing

  1. We have extensive experience handling various device issues and can assist you with basic online troubleshooting.
  2. We maintain a large inventory of parts devices; if we have the matching model or component for your device, you may be able to save a significant amount on repair costs.
  3. If the repair cost is too high, we can provide special upgrade or replacement offers.

Maintenance process

  1. Contact customer service and describe the issue.
  2. Perform basic troubleshooting over the phone.
  3. After confirming the issue, arrange for the device to be sent in for inspection.
  4. Complete the repair and return the product.

Important Information

  • The repair process may require restoring the device to factory settings. Please back up your data in advance.
  • Damage caused by user actions or unauthorized disassembly is not covered under warranty.
